20 inch wheel question

hello guys...

i just bought these rims and tires off a guy and they are a set of 20s with tire specs 245/30ZR20. i think all the tires are the same spec and size the rims are 20x9 as well

i drive a 2007 g35 journey sedan RWD i was wondering if i would be able to just throw the wheels on the car and everything will work fine? the rims do fit on the car but i haven't put all them on yet and test drove it yet.

am i missing something else? do i need wheel spacers? and could i put lowering springs on it with these 20s?

wut are the offsets? i wouldve went with a staggered setup for RWD. if it has TPMS on the wheels then u have to get it reprogramed for ur car it they arent already.

depending on how much camber will determine if u need spacers.

I found a stamp that said ET10 ... Doesn't sound right... But a site I went on said the rims will poke out almost 2 inches than stock wheels.. And there might be fender rub?

You didn't post the offset of your new wheels so giving you a firm answer is going to be tough! You could try installing the wheels making sure they clear inside the lip out back, up front make very sure the inside of the rim isn't close to your suspension. You can without reprogramming them have a tire shop install the TPS on your new rims once you're sure they'll fit. I've had mine in 4 different sets of wheels without issues...Gary
