Question Help please! 40 series on 19" - 9.5"F / 10.5"R wheels?

Hello, I really need help from the tire guru's on here. I searched around but the set up I would like to go with is not popular at all, info is hard to find.

I have 9.5" fronts, offset is +18 (I think), rears are 10.5", offset is +25 (I think).

Currently running 245/35/19 Fronts, and 275/30/19 Rears.

The set up I want would be 255/40/19 front and 285/40/19 rears

Tired of the harsh ride, I have a family now so I need something more comfortable. The thicker, the better - a 40 series would be ideal.

I raised my car on 350z springs, so clearance shouldn't be an issue. My main concern is VDC.

I've read the various fitment lists and tire calculators, but can't seem to get a definite answer - any help would be great!
