need help with vok gts'

i recently picked up some used volk gts wheels and i am wanting to try and clear up the lips on them. this is probably a stupid question but i was wanting to know if i can take the face of the wheel with out unmounting the tire. i havent had a lot experience with multi piece wheels. the only other ones i have had where asanits and the were held together with sealant. any help would be much appreciated.

Having the lips polished they'll look better than new!

Sadly the coating on our Volks only lasts a couple years and they begin look'in fugly. My solution was have a wheel repair shop polish the lips leaving them without any type of clear coat. All that's needed is to polish the lips every couple week with Mothers metal polish to keep them looking like chrome. Every town has a good wheel repair shop, find yours...Gary

^ agreed... It's a super common wheel problem nonetheless.
