Need recommendation for tires(all season)

I would get dedicated winter tires for this car but if you insist on going with all seasons, the best ones I have seen out there so far for a reasonable price are the continental DWS extreme contact tires. I would say they give about 80% of the snow traction of a dedicated snow tire when they are new

I'm running the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 3 (A/S 3). Good looking tire, thought the 235 and 245 have a totally different sidewall, but same tread pattern, they just look a totally different tire on the sidewall.
Great dry weather traction, pretty sticky, even cold, for an A/S. They really pick up the rocks and sling them when driving through the neighborhood, even on freezing cold mornings. Cold traction is really good. Haven't seen snow yet (Virginia) but the seem to handle fine in the rain.
Not the cheapest, a little bit of a rough ride if you inflate them past 35 psi. Only had them for 6K miles but still look like new.

Winter tires are as much about temperature as about snow. I keep my winters on rims, same as my wife's winters. I won't put all seasons on my G. I need a good rain tire and touring tire. Different strokes. I feel safe on winter tires especially when it's 4 degrees out or the like. Lots of snow, I don't bother driving. Joy of retirement. Wife still works.

Don't try to drive on all season tires in our cars if your location includes snow driving.
That being said, I have and really like Nitto Motivo's on my G right now. They are awesome tires so far. They have held up fantastic and show no signs of wear yet in the past 2 years I've had them. I haven't tried a ton of different tires on this car yet, just the factory Michilin Pilotsports which were good originally but sucked terribly for grip once they were at the half-worn state and they also didn't last very long. I then got Falken FK452's which were absolutely terrible due to the fact that they dry-rot cracked after 3 years, wore out like 40% faster than my factory Michilins, had nonexistent grip in the rain and had big cracks and chunks missing on various parts of the tread even though I'm not an aggressive driver.
So far my Motivos are far and away the best tire I've had on this car thus far plus they are an all-season tire.
