19x8.5 32 offset

Will these fit For my 04 g35? They have 19x8 with a 40 offset. I'm confused on the offset.. also backspacing is 6

Awful specs
And an 04 g35 what? Sedan? Coupe? Minivan?

You need to research offsets/proper specs for both body styles and decide on what you want
