1) what bolt pattern is our car:
KEN: 114.3 x5lug (ur good)
2) 19x8.5 245 35 19 and 19x9.5 rear 285 30 19 any probs you guys see
KEN: You'll end up with negative stagger (rear tire diameter is slightly shorter). Try 275/35/19's on the rear.

KEN: Your rear will be fine, I think, but the front will probably need
at least a 5mm spacer.
Offset is a little confusing as some wheels have different discs that
allow more clearance on the backside than others even at the same
offsets.
You should test fit those wheels before you actually purchase the
entire package.
Here are your ideal offsets:
F: +20mm to +32mm (larger number, more tucked-in)
R: +24mm to +41mm (larger number, more tucked-in)
KEN: 114.3 x5lug (ur good)

ok tires sizes
245 35 19 front on 19x8.5
and rear 275 35 19 on 19x9.5
sound ok to you guys?
or should i do 285 35 19 for more rim protection?? hum ill just prob do 275 35 19 for now so ill see next time if a 285 would fit or better yet 295 35 19 heheheh
AS FOR SPACERS
Now front its 38mm offset so you guys said a 5 mm spacer would be needed to bring it down to 33mm. now what is the biggest spacer i can get and still be ok?? because 5 mm sounds like nothing.
now in rear 38mm should be ok but i could use spacers to bring it out ok.
what im going to do is put the rim on jack up right rear tire by arm so it compresses and measure how much space i have. im lowered on teins for the 350z
245 35 19 front on 19x8.5
and rear 275 35 19 on 19x9.5

You'll have some rim protection with the 275's since its 9.5".
In terms of caliper or any suspension clearance, 5mm spacers are a huge difference.
I wouldn't go any wider than 5mm on the spacers unless you're planning to swap out
the lug studs with a longer stud. even with a 5mm spacer I would not suggest
doing any type of competitive racing on it (auto-x, road course) just to be safe.
I was told by my local shop that you must have a minimum of 6.5 to 7 turns on
the lug nut when you tighten down the wheel...otherwise there is not enough
thread holding the wheel to the hub.
Are you using stock struts or struts that aren't any wider in diameter
than stock? If your shocks are wider than stock, your rear might rub with the 38mm
offset.
