Question 2005 Sedan 6mt dives and squats.. cure?

I have noticed that my 05 6mt sedan dives like a Navy SEAL and squats like a sumo wrestler. Any cure for this? Would the Tokico D-spec work well. I would prefer not to lower the sedan, though a little is not out of the question. I just do not want to bother with alignment at this time. Thanks

Yep, D-Specs will definitely help, but if you really want to remove the squat/dive,
then I recommend you get a coilover kit like the CS with higher spring rate. Just
keep the height stock.

I was under the impression that the coilovers drop the ride some, most to the point that alignments were difficult and required additional hardware.
