Wheel Stud Length?

Does anybody know how far the studs stick out from the rotor? If anyone has or will have their wheels off and can measure this for me it would be great. I am trying to find out if a 20mm wheel adapter will fit so that the wheel studs don't stick out past the adapter. I don't want to have to replace the stock studs with extended ones in order to use a 20mm spacer for the rims that I want to purchase.

HELP!!!!!!

Re: Wheel Stud Length?

Not sure of the exact length but i'm almost positive you'll need longer studs with a 20mm spacer, at least to be safe you will. I've had ppl recommend longer studs with thinner spacers.

As far as replacing the studs, i talked to a shop out here and they said they won't know how hard it will be to replace the studs until they actually take the wheels off and look at it. They mentioned that sometimes they can replace them without taking of the hub (30mins). Hopefully that's the case but i'll let you know......

Re: Wheel Stud Length?

I measured the stock studs at 1" when I removed the wheels yesterday.

Awesome, thanks for responding. I didn't think anyone would be able to tell me the answer to that one. Thanks for keeping me in mind.

Re: Wheel Stud Length?

Undoubtably the studs are the same length as the 350Z and from much reading on my350z.com, anything bigger than 5mm spacer requires longer studs.

$10 each seems to be the going price as well...

I paid $8 a piece (x10) for mine. Unfortunately I just found out today that they got shipped to the wrong address. Looks like i'm gonna have to go beating down on someone's door tonight!!

Oh No!!! Talk about frustrating. I know that you had wanted to get them on last weekend. At least you are still able to drive your "G" as I am still among the waiters here until late June.
