Hey everyone, long time lurker here. I had a question, back when I bought my car in 2011 the owner gave me some tool for the tire ( I think it's some sort of lock or something?) anyways, fast forward to today, I need to change my tires and can't find that tool. Do I really need that or can I still open it without it? Thanks!

 

I think you mean a LUG NUT KEY. Check your glove box.
