I ran a set of Hankook Evo's and while they are grippy, quiet and relatively cheap (not as cheap as they used to be), I didn't like them. I found them to have sloppy steering response despite higher pressures, which really doesn't go well with the G's sharp steering.

I went back to Michelins (PSS) and couldn't be happier. Best tire around.

A buddy of mine has an 07 5at and he ran Michelin Pilot Sports. Killed them in 6,000 miles. Neither of us knew how it happened. It's not like he was burning out everywhere. Crazy fast treadwear. I like Yokohama S.Drive because they take forever to wear out, but they are also very hard, so it's gotta be warm out to get traction. They are amazing in the summer time.

Your toe/camber must be ridiculous to kill tires in 6k...even the stock Bridgestone last longer than that

My Michelin's wore out pretty fast too, but that sounds ridiculous at 6,000 miles. To be honest, I haven't ran the Pilot Sports with my new set up so maybe I should. They are really nice tires...
