It will be nothing more than throwing numbers at op. It is impossible to give any sort of accurate info aside from them being 19s (maybe) with stretched tires.

We all know your hearts in the right place wanting to help but common lol

There used to be individuals on this forum who could give a good approximation of offset from simply looking at a picture. Its not going to be 100% accurate but it isn't impossible either. Like I've always suggested, get a wheel/offset calculator and a ruler.

guestimation is useless. You don't know the suspension setup (springs, bags, coils). Same tire setup can look different depending on the springs used.

I could only guess 19x 10 and 19x11
(-)teens offsets

But my guess is just a guess and pretty much useless

Guestimation is NOT entirely useless and you don't need to know the suspension. I understand that the suspension setup will effect the camber, possibly the offset with particular camber kits, and how the tires "look" on the car…..etc. Those that have experience with fitting wheels can at least provide suggested offsets since the pic in this thread doesn't show anything else. No one here is saying that the exact info can be giving which has already been established, but suggestions can be used as guidelines for further research by the OP.
