Question 16" Rims? 5x115?

I have a 2-part question about a 2008 G35X Sedan that I am picking up tomorrow that needs tires.
The spare (winter) wheels and tires that I have from another car are 225/60r16 on 5x115 rims.

My questions are
1) Will 16" rims fit ok? (Clear the brakes, etc)
2) Is it reasonable to run 5x115 rims on a G35? If so, what is needed to keep that safe (adapters, hubcentric rings)?

The tires in question are almost identical in diameter and are the same width as my stock tires, so they would be ideal if they would work.

Thanks

5x115
You said it three times so I'm assuming this isn't a typo

Correct. I'm sure they'll bolt up, but am wondering if it would cause any issues.

Still don't see why we're ruling out typo here
