ESR Wheels?

Hey, a member asked pretty much the same question I'm about to, but the thread was short not helpful and quite heated. So I'm going to try again.

Looking for rims for my 05 OB g35 coupe non sport. Cars bone stock aside from audio. Love vs xx's but there far out of my price range. Even used there's is a set on here but still 2500 Usd. And local there's one set new but for 3500 CAD. (Gold to which isn't my preference.

I'm looking at the esr sr01's.
Yes a knockoff low pressure cast wheel. Fronts would be 19x9.5 +22 and rear 19x10.5 +22.
Curious of how those specs would be and One thing I'm a little hesitant about is it being a 3 inch lip up front and 4 in the back. Was hoping for 2.5 front but I'd have to get the 19x8.5 +30. Would that work or look odd? And are these rims truly that terrible of quality as some on here have said?
Price would be about 1200 CAD
Also plan on buying tanabe sustec pro cr coilovers if anyone has any info on those would love to hear it. Can't find much about those particular ones.

Appreciate any and all help. Noob to the wheel game. Thanks!

The +22 will be fine all around with the 9.5 and 10.5 widths. +12 would be better up front though imo
And don't listen to the hate on ESRs They're be great rims and my boys run them all day. No issues except for a few cracks but no big

They are indeed truly that terrible.
Find yourself some OEM Rays or maybe some G37 sport wheels by Enkei w/ spacers.

Against advisement I'm still contemplating these wheels, I've fallen in love with wed 709's but there still to far out of my price range. Curious with 245 35 19 Front and 285 35 19 Rear tires. Would I need anything more than rear fenders rolled with a moderate drop?

And curious why you feel that way about the esr wheels? Personal experience? Just because there cast?

Both reasons.
You can either go 245/40 275/335 or 255/35 285/35...or else you'll have different handling dynamics that are probably more than your concern if you still want shtt wheels.

Thanks, after searching for pics of the 255.35 and 285.35 combo, I think that's what I'll do, I like the rim and tire flush.

Would it just be my rear fenders that would need to be rolled or do you think front also?
Appreciate the help!
