Looking for wheel advice

I am looking at wheels for my 2005 G35 sedan 6MT, and I am looking for a second opinion because I am not an expert when it comes to fitment, nor do I have the experience outside of getting wheels and tires for my 4x4 hardbody (not a lot of fitment issues to be had ).

Right now my car is at stock height, with the stock 18 inch wheels with 235/45R18 Falken Pro G4 tires. This car is my daily, and my primary motivation for getting a different set of wheels is to use my decently-rashed factory wheels for a snow tire application. I am looking for wheels that are not super flashy, but are a bit additive to the appearance. The car is Lakeshore Slate, so I think black or grey wheels would look a bit dull, so I am decided on a silver color.

I think the Linea Corse Lemans fits my bill. I like the hypersilver with the polished lip, however I have a few questions to ensure these are right for me.

1. Are these decent quality wheels? There are obviously trade-offs in terms of quality and price, but I am not necessarily looking to spent a few grand on wheels.
2. Will these look weird on stock height, or should I simultaneously invest in coilovers to adjust the height as needed?
3. It seems like there are two different options of two offsets, one for front and rear. The two options are 30 front and 38 rear, or 38 front and 43 rear. Which offset would work best for my application and goals?
4. These are 19 inch wheels; are there methods to adjust the speedometer so that it reads correctly, or is that just a tradeoff that I would live with?

I am just trying to arm myself with information to make an informed decision. I am aware that I could just as easily find a pair of stock wheels, but I then I'd look like every other G35. If you have any insights, please share!
