Suggestions for new wheels after accident

Suggestions for new wheels after accident
My 18 year old daughter hit an island at speed with my 03 and damaged 3 wheels, many suspension parts and front bumper - along with her ability to ever drive my car again. (she is fine - my daughter that is)
Insurance is buying me three new wheels at $ 850 each - ie they are paying me $2550 just for the wheels.
Does anyone have suggetstions for replacement wheels and tires? My car is light silver, a coupe, auto and I am 49 and white.
My first choice appears to be: SSR's Comp Wheels, Anthracite, (forged) 18 x 9 front and rear (weigh only 18 lbs.) with Bridgestone Potenza's S03's 245/40 - 18 F and 275/40 - 18's rear. $3096 complete??
Would the 275's be too wide for the rear?

Problem with 18's on this car is that when you go wider than stock size the
available tires get too meaty on the rear. I would suggest going with stock size,
but 18x9's are too wide for 225/45/18's for front. So I think the best bet would
be to do 245/40/18 front and 245/45/18's to have at least some stagger.
Tirerack offers 245/40/18 and 265/40/18, but from wat I remember only
Mich Pilots are available in that combo. If you like the pilots, you might want
to do that. 275/40/18's are going to look like balloons (almost).
Comps are nice wheels...I have a set on my Cooper-S.

those SSR's are great, but they are softer than jello buddy. i dented them lots of times in my previous cars. i've had 17" and 18" both with 40 series. that's the only problem with SSR. they're semi forged, but soft still. choose from another brand instead.

i wish i got silver instead of DG. anyhow, happy shopping and good luck! maybe consider brands like, Work, Volk Racing, Black Racing (not sure if they go 18's though), etc for the style you're going for.

i think the ones are got are the comps, because the comp-h were designed for cars over 3k lbs whereas the comps were for cars under 3k lbs.. at least that's what i read when i ordered mine.. i got 18x9 in front and 18x10.5 i the rear with 245/40/18 and 275/40/18.. no problems at all
