First do you have a coupe or a sedan? Second what is your goal for lowering your car? Pure looks? Performance? We need more specific information before we can make recommendations.

Well if you want to drop about an inch, and maintain or slightly better stock performance I would suggest the Tein H Techs for the 350Z. Those have a spring rate of 358 front/375 rear which is actually ~14%/9% higher than the OEM rates (314/342). Those springs will drop a 350Z about 0.3 inches front/0.2 inches rear so on a G Coupe it would net about 0.8 inches front/0.7 inches rear. These springs are also progressive I believe so it would provide more comfort on the street.
Another good alternative IMO is the Hotchkis springs.
Hotchkis Tuning Sport coils offer the performance you seek, and the comfortable ride you deserve. Made from cold wound silicon steel, our springs are linear rate, and are powder coated seabring silver.
Front Front 9/16" (15mm) Drop
340 lbs/in
Stock 310lbs/in
Rear 3/4" (19mm) Drop
330 lbs/in
Stock 350 lbs/in
Those drop figures are on a 350Z so they would net a G coupe ~ 1.06 inches front/~1.25 inches rear.
