When you get some sways you won't be rolling over as far as in those pics I saw. Amazing how a suspension that seems firm on the street is squishy on a track at 120!

Next time try some Kumho Victoracor V700's or ECSTA V700's. Kumho v. Hoosier is where it's at for autocross. I'm sure there's a reason why I never see Avon or Dunlop racing tires at events. Besides being even sticker (according to reviews I've seen), the Kumho's are also a few bucks cheaper than Avon.

I'll be going that way myself, soon. Still on one set of rims. I replaced my EL42's with Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's, and they were a world of difference. I need to get a second set of rims....

Ryo those are not all seasons correct? Did you move up to the 235s? If so do they seem to handle better or do they slow the car down noticeably?

No, it's a max performance summer tire. Great wet weather traction, too. There's no snow in San Diego. However, when the temp dips below 50 or so, they'd get a little slippery until they warmed up. I got them in 225/55R17, as the 235/50R17 wasn't out at the time. Definatly handle better than stock. Slow the car down? I don't know about a drag race, but for autocross.. sticking that well in the corners speeds you up.

However, they're just about bald now and in that state, not much better than the stock Turanza EL42's. As great as they were, I'd still like to grab a set of R-comp tires.
