Who makes 17" sport package wheels?

I was poking around on japanparts.com and came across this picture for a Rays 17" wheel for the sedan:

Looks like the sport package wheels to me, so I'd guess they are made by Rays. Any thoughts?

its crazy that we could have ordered these for $600 while purchasing the car, but now if you want it aftermarket, you have to pay about $2000

Don't forget, that $600 markes the difference in price between the 6-spoke wheels, and the 5-spoke wheels (and sport-tuned suspension bits). The 6-spoke wheels on the non-sport sedan are probably almost as expensive.
