Same rims/tires all around?

I have a 03 G35 Coupe right now with stock 17" rims. I was wondering if you can put 19"/225 & 8.5 all around? I'm getting a real nice deal on barely used Volk GT-C rims but all four tires/rims are the same size. I know the car is rear wheel drive, but I can't afford brand new ones right now. Will it mess up my car in any way if I put the same all the way around? The guy at the rim place says that it fits fine.

Thx.

The 03-04 coupes with Performance Tire & Wheel package (and the 6MT's, obviously) came with 18" x 8" wheels, so yes, you definitely can run the same size wheel all around. BUT, keep in mind, to keep the VDC happy, you must run tire stagger of about .5" front to rear.

Just my opinion, but spend the money and do it right. At those sizes, chances are they weren't made for the G35/350Z and the offsets are probably not right either. 225's on the rear is really narrow, even more so than stock. Two of the biggest advantages of aftermarket wheels are wider widths and aggressive offsets to push the wheels out flush with the fender.
