Correct. The stock set up is staggered horiz and vertically. You'll be losing some rubber in the rear which will work against you on hard launches and hard cornering, and you're also reducing the rear diameter quite a bit. Stock front/rear dias. are 25.8" and 26.8" respectively and your new set up is 25.5" all around. You may run into issues with VDC, ABS, false odometer readings. You're also going to need to be at a slightly higher RPM to maintain the same speed as you would stock. With an 8.5 width, I'd go 235/35/19F / 245/40/19R or 245/35/19F and 255/40/19R to maintain rubber in the back and keep staggers as close to stock as possible.
