funny colors showing up on volks

everytime i wash the g, the lip on my volks get a little rainbow thing going on. anyone know why that is or how to fix it. i thought it was from the sun when they are drying. but its kind of annoying. anyone have a clue?

Swirl marks on the clearcoat? or more like oil?

not like swirl marks i guess more like oil. yea looks like some oil.
