275/30/19 on rears?

Is it ok to have 275/30/19 tires on rear wheels and 245/35/19 tires on front? The reason I'm asking is that a lot of 350Z owners run this setup, and I might purchase a set of wheels which have these very same size tires. 275/35/19 would be ideal, but I don't want to change rear tires if they have good amount of tread left. Would it mess up VDC and/or ABS? Thanks in advance.

That's the exact setup I'm running on my G right now with 9.5(245/35/19) in the front and 10.5(275/30/19) in the rear... Never had any problems with the VDC acting up... Reason for going with setup up was because I have my G slammed and I didn't want to have any rubbing issues... take a look...

Is your front tire thicker looking than your rear tire? What is the width of both of your rims? I have a 19x8 and 19x10 and was thinking if I went 245/35 and 275/30 then my rears are going to look thin and stretched and the front will look thick and bulky. What do ya think?

I'm pretty sure he said 9.5 in the front and 10.5 in the rear.

running 19x8.5fr-245/35/19 and 19x 9.5r-275/30/19 and they work just fine. if anything i'll run a 235/35/19 on my next set just to thin out the fronts to match the rears.

I had the exact set up and it worked fine, however, depends on the style of your rim, rear tire may look too narrow... as someone pointed out on my pix. I replaced the rear with 285/35-19 since then and I am happy with the 285 set up since my VDC does not kick in as often as it did with 275/30 set up. Different tire manufacture may give some variances on tire width..correct me if I'm wrong.
I don't have updated pix but you can check how it looked with 275/30 set up in the gallery.
search for IP kenstyle...

Would there be any perfomance issues with having 275/30/19 tires on rear wheels and 245/35/19 tires on front with 19 inch rims? Would I also need to purchase new springs to make my car look better? One more thing, how much better will my handling be going from my stock setup which is 215/55/17 to the new setup? Let me know, thanks.
