I just got a set but haven't installed them yet. I got the stainless steel version. I'll report back when I've installed them and used them for bleeding and give my impressions.

I highly doubt that is standard affair for the Brembo. I never saw any reference to it in the factory service manual. In addition, I'm about 99.9% sure Speedbleers's got a patent on their design.

Yes, they do....The bleeders on the Brembos aren't quite as handy as those you can buy aftermarket, but they also don't have the issue of being over-torqued and breaking or getting pushed too far in or out! "

1) The threads for the speedbleeder are metric to fit the caliper, however the nut to tighten/loosen it is in standard sizes. So you'll need a standard wrench as well.
2) If you over-tighten them, they can break quite easily, potentially requiring you to drill out the broken threads and re-tap the caliper. The stainless version shouldn't have this problem, however.

Yes, I agree it's easy to get around patents. However, if the one-way valve was employed in this Brembo caliper, why was it not use in any other Brembo brake systems? It's entirely possible they started to include such a system, but I honestly have not heard anything about this among fellow tracksters and friends in the industry.
BTW ... I did read through the link you provided above ... it offered no solid information or evidence of the built-in 'one way valve' other than someone allege it comes with them.

I can't speak to why Brembo would not include them in other systems, but it's not just "someone alleging" that they come with them. Riffster is the moderator for FA's G35 section, and an avid HPDE driver. He has upgraded much of his braking system, including retro-fitting the Brembos to his 5AT, and bleeds fluid regularly for track days. I'd say he ought to know as well as anyone. I guess someone could call up a dealership and ask, but I don't honestly believe they'll know the answer either!
I was hoping to not have to bring up names. But, yes, I know Riffster. We talk lots on FA among the many track event threads. I've PM'd him about this ... will share what he knows or doesn't know as I find out.
You're right the dealers won't know about this ... as they are w. many many other things. The same Brembo system used in the Z/G is also the same ones used in other production cars ... none have reported such check valves exists. It is highly unlikely Nissan had custom fitted them. But I suppose nothing is impossible.
