Question Sway bars.

A buddy of mine told me that I should upgrade my sway bars and get a rear strut bar for my G35 to tighten it up. Has anyone done this and is it a big improvement?

I can't speak first hand, but I have read a bunch of posts that say sway bars are well worth the money. I have tokico shocks, 350z s techs, and stillen sways on order. I'll post back up once I install them (hopefully in a couple weeks).

I have the hotchiks sway bars, I noticed a huge difference in handling. Highly recommended!! I noticed a lot of body roll and installed s-tech springs and the sway bar corrected it.

Cool

Thanks for the input! I'll put that on my "stuff-to-get" list

And Fro, let me know how that set-up works out for ya.

My 350 Evo sways are on backorder, but I expect them to improve handling considerably (take out some understeer). I installed the Stillen brace, I can't say that the affect by itself is clearly noticeable, but I haven't had it out to autoX yet.

Yes, especially when you get adjustable bars and you adjust them to taylor the car's behavior to how YOU like it.

Bar's can cost as little as $250 for Hotchkis to as much as $800 plus, which will buy you 350EVO bars with adjustable end links (sold at PerformanceNissanParts.com as adjustable Nismo sway bars).

Go with the stillens...cheap and very good quality..and adjustable.

the rear strut bar isn't really necessary. I don't feel the car twisting in the back,
I would like to get a front stb though.
