Best Ride and Comfort on 19" ???

Ok, ive done enough looking around and checking out everybodys great info & picts. Time is here to begin the buying process for the new set of shoe that will grace my midnight blue G35 sedan. I want 19" and i need to know what size tires to use. Been kinda stretch between 245/35 and 235/40. Is there much difference even between the two rides of tires?? Please let me know which to go with!!

I have the 245 35 19's and its rough, but not truck harsh. I rode in a frineds PT cruiser and it was more harsh than my lowerd sedan and 19's.

ride quality depends on the spring rate you choose too. My car (coupe) is only
slightly stiffer than stock riding on 35profile S03's at 37psi...but it gets slightly
harsh when the gas is less than 1/4 tank.

nothing comparable to the coilover harshness though cause my spring
rates are pretty low (358 front, 274-463 rear)

I would recommend the 245/40 tires. I don't have any complaints. The ride is not harsh at all, just a little more sensitive to bumps then before.

As was mentioned before, suspension components as well as tire presure have a big effect on ride quality as well.

What wheels are you going to buy, if I may ask?

Yep, tirepressure does make a big difference. I use 37psi on S03's which is
about a stiff as you can get on a street tire for normal spirited driving...
but still comfy.

I have the S-03's as well. I had them at 30psi and the ride was great, but I was paranoid about pot holes. So yesterday I went up to 40psi and that is a little too stiff for me. Probably going to go with 35psi.
