Question Will this setup cause problems???

This is my first time buying a set of aftermarket wheels and its been quite a learning experience. I've decided to go with the Volk SF-C in 19x9.5 and 19x10.5...i'm pairing these up w/ bridgestone S-03. I'd like to go with 245/35/19 (f) and 285/30/19(r). A lot of you guys are running w/ 275/35/19 w/ a stretched tire...is the 285 too big for the rear, does it throw off the VDC?

I'm also ordering the Eibach Pro Kit to lower the car 1" all around.

Offsets????

Some of you have these wheels w/ a wide range of offsets.

I have the factory brembo brakes. I'm looking to eventually change them to STOPTECH 14" front 13.3 rear I'd like to go w/ +21 front and +23 rear.

Am I on point or do I need to go back and refigure this all out again.
