Can anyone confirm if this +35 offset will stick out on the sedan??
I am considering wheels that are 18 or 19, width 8.5 with +35 offset.
Will these stick out??
I know +38 will fit and I got the chart but many wheel stores confirmed it will not stick out?!

I went with a 17x8 all around on a +43 offset. It looks fine but wish I would have went with a +38 offset since the front has minimal clearance with the upper control arm and my 245/245 tires. Since you are looking at 8.5" wide wheel I would suggest a +38 or a +35.

You will be fine with a 8.5" rim and +35 offset. I speak from experience. You will have a nice flush look.
I had 20x8.5 +35, 245/35/20 all the way around and it looks amazing. I didn't have any rubbing at all after I lowered it with Eibach Pro Kit.
Here is a couple of pics.

Since many wheels come only with +35 for 8.5, I think I would need to go for 8".
I was thinking about Axis milanos because they looked pretty good on teh sedan but then it weighs 27lbs.!!!!
So I think I am getting Enkei RP03 in 18s with 8" and +40 offset. I am most likely going to lower it and I don't wanna take risks of rubbibg issues. Is this the right way?

What are you other offset options for the 8" wide wheel? You'll want an offset smaller then +40 if possible. Somewhere between +32 and +35, +38 at the most.
Well, According to the chart the THX made, if its an 8' wheel, +40 is OK, in fact Gsedan35 got the same size and offsets for his RPM2 and it is a bit too tugged in . Thats why I want something more aggressive but I want to keep the width between 8" - 9" for using 245s all around. Most 9" don't come in a offset that fits the sedan so its either 8 or 8.5s.
And most 8.5s comes with +35 offset or less so that doesn't work. I guess I will have to get the 18x8 +40 then.

If it's between 8.5/+35 and 8/+40, I would go with the first choice. You'll be very close to the fender lip, but it will look really nice.
