2 weeks Customized wheels usually takes at least 3-6 weeks to build and ship

He stated, every update from James, was told wheels are due to arrive in 2 weeks. ..... Well, theres few guys here, including myself, that waited up to 14 weeks for the wheels. So you've got couple weeks more or less. IT will come.

Aren't DPE's made in the US? 12 weeks is way too long. I'm just guessing but there can be only one reason for a long wait on a domestic wheel. They won't make one set without having several orders. I talk to a lot of manufacturers who have this mindset. The only other possible reason could be there are too many people getting them and they are back ordered. I go for choice 1. You don't hear of many people getting them.

Unhappy

Mine have been on order since April 4th. Two weeks ago I was told one wheel had to be sent back to the powder coater due some minor air bubbles. Last Friday I was told they were ready, but during that phone call they ask me if I'm rolling my fenders, he says, "'cause the lip on these are sick! They look like there set-up for a wide body." I tell'em that I wasn't planning on rolling my fenders but that I didn't mind if it came to that. At that point I'm so excited I'm practically vibrating ~I want my wheels!!! A few minutes later I'm on my way to Long Beach from Santa Monica (4 pm on Memorial Day weekend Friday on the 405=sux!!!) I get another call, the offset is wrong these aren't going to fit on your G. I'm told not to worry because the factory has more hoops and I'll get them by the end of next week. Well, tomorrow's Thursday so we'll see how it goes. Cross you finger for me. BTW, I'm dealing directly with DPE through a GUniit hook-up.

Thanks for the good words you guys, i know DPE has been backed up but we are working our best to get them out to everyone. If anyone has been trying to get ahold of me lately i apologize for that as well, Iàm currently traveling in Italy, but will return to the states tomorrow. I will be open on saturday, if anyone needs to call me for any updates or questions.

James

Dont worry about it, it takes a LONG *** TIME. Just have patience. Its been only 9 weeks for you. They are backed up like crazy. Thier popularity has sky rocketed and they have to many orders to handle. But trust me they are handling it very well

I ordered my wheels on April 4th. I am currently on my 8th week of waiting. The wheels were supposed to be shipped out May 27th. That didn't happen. I talked to Carl at Creative Autoworks and he told me they might be shipped out at the end of this week. Patiently waiting................ All I wanted was to have the wheels on in time for the June 11 Florida G35 Meet, but that's not happening

It's worth the wait guys...I waited 8 weeks for my iForged wheels, and totally forgot about the wait when they arrived. You won't believe how happy you get when you get that knock on your door.
