wheels.

i just got my G an hour ago. i'm in love. they had one on the showroom with 20" zenetti Stella's. they were giving me 2500 for it, i said no because i have a deal waiting for me outside for 2k out the door installed. so i'm gonna get these 20" wheels, and i'm thinking 245/35/20 is the tire size? i'm not sure what i'm supposed to be looking at. one store told me 255/35/20 for the rear and 225/35/20 for the front. the infiniti dealer had these rims on 245/35/20 all around. what is better for handling/performance purposes?

by the way. does anyone want to purchase my brand new wheels? its the sedan 18" sport-tuned suspension package wheels. im selling them with the tires. please pm me or email me at crazynwacked@yahoo.com if you are interested. Thank You.

Sedan or coupe? How wide are the wheels? Are they staggered? We need more info.

its a sedan. tires are 235/45R/18 all around on goodyears Eagle NCT 5. they are not staggered. they currently have 11 miles on it. i'm only going to put on a little more miles by the time i actually find a buyer for them. i'm in the LA Area, towards glendale/burbank.

You wanted to know what tires to use for your 20's right? So I was asking what width are the 20's? 8", 8.5"??? Are the 20's going to be staggered?

hey skeleton. the 20"s are going to be 8.5. at the dealer i saw 245/35/20 all around. when i went to a shop and wanted to order these they asked me if i wanted to go staggered. is it better to go staggered? if i do go staggered, i want to get 245/35/20 F and 255/35/20 R. i read that the 255 is the MAX width for the 8.5, correct me if i'm wrong. i just am not sure what is better for handling. the same all around or a little wider in the back.

If you are getting 8.5 on all four corners DO NOT get staggered tires. Keep the tires at all four corners the same so you can rotate them. You'll save mucho dinero by regularly rotating the tires.
