the rake is normal. that's how the car should sit with the S-techs
and most lowering springs.

Im using Prokit on the rear and the drop appears to be even with
the front although the car is still slightly tilted forward as it should.
You can just throw in a sound system and that'll take care of that.

most likely you'll need camber arms front or back, both perhaps. Just don't be suprised if you have to buy them. Be prepared to shell some money out for them. Eventually you'll have to upgrade your shocks, lowering springs tend to wear out OEM shocks quicker.

I had a friend that weighs 170lb sit in the trunk.. it gave me the height i was looking for So a system wont be enough lol.

But surprisingly, my camber doesn't look so bad, but I haven't gotten an alignment yet.

Fwiw...

My local Nissan dealer also does performance mods and is an authorized Stillen dealer and installer. He has told me that Tein H Techs for the G35 (.6f/.3r drop) will definitely not need a camber kit to put the car back in spec.

He said that the cars come with about 2 degrees of play that will more than compensate for the difference in the spring height.

Now the question is whether that small a drop will make a noticeable difference. Personally, right now I'm on the fence about getting them. Also pricewise, I was quoted approx $200 for the springs and $400 for installation (8 hours @ $50/hr).

One hour? Are you sure? That's 15 mins per wheel. I mean, don't get me wrong, I think 8 hrs is a bit much, but 1 hours seems really fast.

But my ignorance is showing, I don't know much about what this job takes. Anyone else care to chime in with the time they know it takes to replace 4 springs on a G35c?

I took me 15mins per side on the rear, about 45min each side on the front using handtools. it's about a 2-2.5hr job.
