*EBC Greenstuff Brake Pads*

I'll be picking up my new rims next week but do not want to have them installed with the standard infiniti brake pads because of the ridicules amount of dust they produce. Has anyone tried the EBC Greenstuff brake pads? Do they squeak and how is the stopping power? Thanks guys for your help

I'm sure you'll get many differing opinions, but I installed mine a year ago and love em. Greatly eliminates dust. No rotor problems. And have only ever squeaked the very first time you use the break after washing the car.

I heard both good and bad with the EBC's. I have since begun doing a lil research to see what bad would wok best. One member here did a great post in which he provided feedback on a bunch of pads including the hawks. Of the pads he tried (not sure if EBC's were among them, Ceramic, Hawks, I think EBC, and Project Mu, he liked the Project Mu's the best. They give off about the same amount of dust as the Hawk's (very little, wayyyyyyyyyy less then stock) and have better stopping power. After doin more research, I have decided that I am going to go with the Project Mu's as well. I wanna try getting a group buy going soon but if you decide on these pads and wanna start it, be my guest! LOL Of all the places I checked prices on, Project Nissan was the cheapest! Project Mu also offers a few different pads. The most streetable ar ethe Bforce and NS lines.

Thanks guys...I see this is going to be a tough decision. I'm sure the stopping power is there because the EBC's are a european made pad which is used in europe a lot...my main concern is noise. Please more suggestions everyone...I'll have my wheels next week and I am damn sure I will not have them installed while using stock pads. Thanks Again!

I just did a search on several different forums re: Project Mu's pads and found the 80% of the people using them experience noise most of the time. *Damn* well Project Mu's is out. until I hear noise problems with the EBC's I think I'm going with that.

I did some research on my350z b4 deciding on my Hawks but I had heard good things about the project Mu's and bad/decent things about the EBC greenstuff pads. i had read on a few threads that they had broken down which is why i chose Hawks.
