Alignment?

Upgrading from the 18 inch OEM's to 19 inch Volks in the next week. Just got an alignment a month or so ago and wondered if I should have another?

Will going from 225/45/18 and 245/45/18 to 245/35/19 and 285/35/19 prevent me from just bolting on and going?

You will be fine without one.

^^^ wat he said. Unless you run into rubbing problems on the rear you can
change camber a little bit.

If anything, you could ask the shop installing your wheels to check your alignment. Tire / wheel shops usually do that for free.
