Damn! I never knew the 18" wheels weighed that much . Are they made by enkei? Another question. How much do the 19 rays forged wheels cost? If they cost a lot of $$$ then I will go for a set of 18" CE28N's and lose some weight!

Stock 19" are the Best 'Bang 4 da Buck' performance/style rims you can find for our cars. They are Rays Engineering forged monoblock 19" wheels comparable to the TE37 or CE28N in both construction and weight. The only downside is the lack of big lips and width compared to aftermarket. However, performance wise it might actually be beneficial to keep the stock width front and rear to both save weight and prevent more understeer. I am still not sure why Nissan/Infiniti chose not to advertise the stock 19 rims as Rays Engineering rims, you can clearly see the RAYS logo on the inner hubs of these wheels.
Stock 19s seem to be going for anywhere between $1500-$2000 on Ebay new with tires. This is a very good deal consider a similar setup Volk wheels with tires will cost easily over $3000. Base on my conversation with Bridgestone techs and Infiniti techs at JGTC, the Bridgestone Potenza RE050A (stock 19 tires) are superior to both Michelin Pilot Sport (stock 18) and their S-03 tires. Many new superars including Ferrari, Maserati and Porsche use RE050A tires.
Hope that helps.

So, if you imagine the wheel to be a hollow cylinder for simplicity's sake, the Moment of Inertia of a hollow cylinder = 1/2 x Mass x (Outer Radius^2 + Inner Radius^2). As you can see that as the radius increases, the moment of inertia goes up as square of the radius. The mass increase is just a direct multiplicative factor.
If you assume (again for simplicity's sake) that all the mass is concentrated in a 1" ring around the edge of the wheel (i.e. from 17" to 18" for the 18" wheel and from 18" to 19" on the 19" wheel), and do the math, here's what you get for moment of inertia:
Conversions:
17" = 1.42ft
18" = 1.5ft
19" = 1.58ft
19" rear wheel: (1/2) x 20lb x (1.58ft^2 + 1.5ft^2) = 47.6 lb-ft^2
18" rear wheel: (1/2) x 24.5lb x (1.5ft^2 + 1.42ft^2) = 52.1 lb-ft^2
So, al in all, the wheels should perform pretty closely in terms of real world acceleration, deceleration and handling. Maybe a 1-2 lb reduction in weight for the 18's would bring it to the point of being a wash.
