I'm looking to get the Speed Star Wheel D5R
19x9 25mm offset
19x10.5 30mm offset

For tires, I'm getting Falken FK-451
245/35/19
275/30/19

I've got a couple questions to make sure:
1.) Will these sizes clear the Brembos on my G35c without spacers?
2.) I want the wheels to be as flush with the fender as possible, so will these be too tucked, or just right?
3.) Do you guys recommend a 30 or 35 profile tire for the rear? I'll drop the car eventually, but not just yet...

Your help is much appreciated!

the will fit. not exactly dead on flush, but flush enough. 30/35 series for the rear just depends on your liking. 35 is the correct oem diameter and doesn't throw vdc off. 30 series is fine, it's just not vdc compatible (vdc is s.hitty IMO). you'll absolutely love those tires. guaranteed. they'll look super, and perform well. the falkens are a narrower tire, and they'll looked stretched. if you don't like the stretch look, get 1 size up. good luck. good choice.

When you say 1 size up, do you mean width or profile? This tire only comes in 275/30/19 or 285/35/19. Would the latter even work without rubbing? It's stock height now, but I'll drop it eventually...

What will happen if I drive on out-of-spec tires with the VDC on?

sorry! yeah, 285/xx/19 whatever size is next. OR, if you don't want to have stretched tires at all, choose another brand of tire that is more wide. e.g. Toyo's.

the VDC will kick in causing your car to cut fuel when driving in spirited fashion. no biggie though, really.

I just wonder if the 35 profile on the 285 tire would be too fat and cause rubbing issues when I lower the car even a little bit. I've seen Z/G's running 285/30/19, 275/30/19, 275/35/19, but not 285/35/19 though...is anyone actually running that in the rear?

Would 19x9.5 in front(26+ offset) and 19x10.5(23+ offset) work on a coupe with Brembos? Tires are Toyo T1s 245/275... They are currently on a Z...
