had the springs installed today. Went with Kinetx upper control arms to fix the camber issues in the front and the SPC toe/camber kit for the rear. Had it all installed for $300. Couldn't get it aligned at the place that installed it, because it wasn't able to get on the rack because the car sat too low. however, I don't think it would have even fit in the stock form. Going somewhere else tomorrow to get it aligned, first thing.

so far so good...love the ride, and it's the perfect drop to me. Can't wait for the 19's to show up!

Looking sweet. Most likely going with a similar setup as you have there. You using stock shocks still?

I would wait a week...but it's way out of wack, and I have to drive it. So...I am gonna get it done today, and then go back in a few weeks.

As far as the wheels...I have the SDMsl2 on order.

Are control arms and camber kit necessary for the spring mod?

To do it right, you need afteramarket dampers as well.

actually...the hotchkis are very close to the stock spring rate (within pounds) so...no you really don't need to change the dampers out with this setup. I probably will change them out soon anyways...but having the stock dampers are not causing any issues, like not have the camber correted would cause.

i would recommend those Hotchkis over the 350Z H-techs for sure for those
looking for a slight drop. quality wise im sure they're great cause im running
their H-Sport springs on my Cooper-S and they are very well made.

over 2 years use and no sagging either.

they seem great to me so far. I am going to be looking into their sways next. Honestly, I can't tell a difference from the stock ride. I love it.
