Biting the Bullet????

Alright Fellas I am going to pull the trigger on some Moda R6 wheels which are

18 x 9 with 45 offset Rear
18 x 8 with 38 offset Front

Yokohama ES100
275-35-18 Rear
245-40-18 Front

I have read and searched as much as possible. I am pretty sure these will fit my Sedan without any issues. What I'm worried about is that they will stick outside the fender. Will I be OK because, these will be purchased tonight if knowbody says anything negative about this setup. Please let me know your thoughts!!!!!
