Happy someone brought this old topic up.
I purchase a torque wrench from Harbour freight.
Have it set to 80 and it says you should hear/feel a click.

So I took one of my lug nuts off just to test it out.
Put it back on and no click, so not sure how far I should keep
going. whats an avg rotation on the wrench? How hard does 80lbs feel.
Do not want to over torque these things if something is wrong with the wrench and is not clicking.

Thanks for any input on this.

just get a breaker bar or a big 1/2 ratchet. Don't waste your money on getting a torque wrench for your lugs, unless you plan on using it for other things...and idk what you will really use a 1/2 torque wrench for unless your building a motor. Just my opinion though.
