2000 + km on toyo t1r comments

-------------------------------------------------

I am new owner of a g35 coupe, rear pilot needed replacement at 35000km and front were still good. I had many problem mixing brand and model (search for other post)

-------------------------------------------------

Damm, these tire has changed sooooo much!!, since I am a new g35 coupe I cannot really comment on the grip because I still didint push the car enough, this is my first rear drive car. The first thing I noticed about the car during the time he was on 4 pilot sport was the impressive steering response.

For the first KM with rear "t1r" the VDC was kiking in non stop, after a few days (600/800 km) its was way better. They were still feeling soft, on cruising speed with a quick steering kick I could feel the rear wheel like riding on winter tire.....that was no fun but I told to miself that the price to pay for being cheap and not changing the four tire or giving almost 500$ each(can. $) for the michelin pilot....

now after 2000+ km:

They are far more precise . The car feel much more balance because they react much more like the front michelin. I just cant belive how much the handling have change. I wish I could go and buy two more for front just for thr fun of it. My girlriend will shoot me if i go buy two other tire with winter comming when the front pilot are still good!!!!!

BTW, yes they seem noisy, the michelin were bald and they were also noisy so....I cannot really comment.
