Maya VS. DPE

I have been trying to decide which wheels to get & I have narrowed it down to 20in DPE R16's or 20in Maya RT5's. The DPE's would be the new chrome illusion they finished and the Maya's would be chrome. My G is gona be Blk or Grey i get my choice !! But not sure which wheel is better. I am in chicago so there are potholes here and I dont want a wheel that bends easy. Let me know what you guys think!!

Awww man, don't show me those, it makes me want to get rims...

I think the RT-5 gives more of a luxury look while the DPE's give a racer look...

Personally, I like the RT-5's better. There's a guy on this board, his sn is Paranormal. He actually had the RT-5's and then switched to some DPE's. Maybe if you talk to him he could tell you more about those rims, cuz he's had both.

They are both beautiful man, can't go wrong either way!

Maya wheels are blah... DPE is much nicer and I'd feel it's more worth the coin...

DPE's are forged aluminum, so it may do well against pot holes, then would the Mayas which I believe are made of cast alloys. For looks, either are good choices, just go with what you like the most. Iforged has some nice wheels also.

I like the Maya's but not on the G. The DPE's are sweet but keep in mind, depending on how neurotic you are about keeping your G clean, you need to be able to get your hand between the spokes to clean the inside of the rim. Otherwise you have this beautiful G, with sick @ss rims that are only half clean, and personally that looks like $hit. Of course you could always take the rims off every time you wash the car but I mean dayem! Who wants to do that. Just my .02

I have mesh wheels, my hands are pretty big, and I have no problem cleaning the insides of my wheels. No need to take them off if you just stick your hand in there.

I have the DPE R16s in 20s and I'm pretty happy with them. They're definitely more difficult to clean than I expected, mostly because the inner lip is polished as well. You'll need a long skinny brush for that area. Good luck in your decision.
