GOOD...for traction (steering)
BAD...for looks, and depending on the offset of the front wheels & if your car is lowered enough, you might rub fender
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
QUESTION: Why are you contemplating doing so? Is it so you can rotate your tires (and maybe save a little bit of $$$) ? If so, I think your savings won't be significant enough to be worth the trade-off in appearance...at least it wouldn't be enough for me.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
But ultimately, to answer your original question...the answer is YES - you CAN run that size all around
Good luck & Enjoy the Ride!!!
