Zeal Function v6 w/ Function X springs vs Tein CS?

Zeal Function v6 w/ Function X springs vs Tein CS?
I've narrowed my choices down between these two for my suspension needs. I am looking for a Comfortable ride while lowering my car. I do not track my car, nor will i ever. I've heard good things about Both these system so i'm kinda torn on which to get. I would get the tein CS's in a heart beat because of the price difference but i am getting a great deal on ZEAL. Basically its only $600 Difference between the two instead of $1200.

ZEAL products are great, but honestly, the most comfortable/performance oriented ride I've felt on the G is with the HKS Hipermax LS+, .... much better than the Tein's IMO.
What are the spring rates for the ZEAL's you would be ordering? Normally with ZEAL's you would specify a spring rate.
