Porterfield Brake Pads....

I am very interested in the Porterfield R4S pads for my brembos.

I'm sure some here is using them. How is the noise and dust on these? How is the initial bite?

Initial bite is better than OEM (though I have an '05 and have no idea what initial bite is like on the Brembos) and there's no noise. Performance for street and autox is on par with Hawk HP+ pads but a little less dust. I wouldn't recommend them for the track however. I use Porterfield R4 on the track.
