Has anyone bought rims from OE Wheel Distributors??

Just found them on ebay selling coupe 18" stock rims for $395-$460USD + shipping.
I was wondering if anyone has used these guys and if so is there anything i need to know?? that seems like a reasonable price since everyone on here is selling for $500-$600USD or for $1000 with rubber.
Any comments or help would be appreciated.
