Tein HTechs vs OEM springs

Gents, I'm pretty new with suspensions. I would like to drop my G for a bit so I purchased the G35 htechs (on sale). I have 2003 G35c with brembos. The dealer said that it comes with tuned suspensions/springs. That being said, is getting the Htech considered an upgrade or is the OEM "tuned" suspension better that Tein Htechs? Should I just get a different spring set? You're inputs to this newbie question would be much appreciated...

I would like to lower the G but don't want to suffer the performance of the car.

I found this from one of the posts but don't know what progressive/linear, spring rates, softer/stiffer?, transfer roll stiffness to front means.

tein h is very very very very good!!!! the first day i drove it, i was very surprised at noticeable drop. (i parked next to stock ones and the difference is big, not only bc of height, but also bc the front drops more than the back, making the car look more balanced. ) ride quality is MUCH more tighter than the stocks, and it lets you corner like a maniac on fwy interchange bridges.
i bought the springs bc i hated that big gap in the front, and also i wanted to save my oem shocks. ride quality was beyond my expectations. not too harsh, not too soft. this should be a factory option...

I have the Tein 350Z H Techs springs. It's a very nice subtle drop of approx. 0.7". It lowered the wheel gap, which appeared to be more pronounced with the 19" on. I don't have any camber issues. I like the slightly firmer ride and improved handling. The car isn't dropped to the ground, but IMO it looks nice & clean. I'm really happy with this mod.

i've have camber issues... i have negative wear in the rears after roughly 5000 miles on the tires. but the majority of it could possibly be becasue of my drive back home from texas to cali with some luggage in the trunk.

tein h : still feels like a luxury car, a little stiffer feel than stock. ride feels very much like a bimmer. (my bro's 5 series w/ sport package has very similar ride quality.)

eibach : very harsh, sporty ride. ride feels very much like 350z. (too stiff for me, bc my g is a daily driver.)

i really recommend tein h for g35, if you are concerned about the camber issue. ( front - 0.6" / rear - 0.3" ) tein h for 350z may or may not give you the problem, i heard.

I have 20x8.5 f & 20x10 r with 245/35 & 275/30 rear. I am thinking of dropping the car with tein h. how much for springs & intall. Will I have any issues on rubbing?
The space I have is about 2 fingers between tire and fender (front and back) I don't want to go too low and don't want the front to be lower than the back. I like an even look. Can anyone of you give me input...

Check out my black baby... http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2115407/1

Most of the positive reports I've heard have been from the 350Z H-Techs on the G's. The G35 version of the H-Tech's has a strangely soft rear spring rate (260?). Probably rides smooth, but seems like this would promote understeer. I doube aggressive drivers would like that set up. (But what do I know? ) -T
