Coupe rims on sedan have offset problems?

I know some of you have put 18" G35C wheels on the sedans but doesn't it cause problems because the offsets are different? At least in the rear? Or do they fit perfectly? Please help. I am interested in getting a set of the coupe wheels for my G35S.

I bought the 18" coupe rims for my Sedan I should recieve them next week I let you know if there's any problem.
