Are My Brakes Under Warranty?

I have a '03 5AT Coupe with 33k miles on it and I know I need new brake pads but I'm wondering if it'll be covered under warranty...can anyone help me?

I have a 04 5AT coupe, and i had mine changed at 13.5K; pads and rotors. Service Advisor said that they were covered up to 36K. Id say to give them a call.

3 years max???? I thought they had a special extension for 2003s? Or is that as special as it gets? Normally no brakes are covered

yeah.. it is just 3 years / 36 months.. they make no exceptions to this rule.. i went in at just a tick under 36 (35,989 to be exact) and i got all four new pads and four rotors resurfaced.. i know somebody who went in at 36,009 and the dealership rejected his warranty claim to get his brakes done..

You can get your breaks done under warranty more than once?
