Apparently I will be looking for tires soon, the preference in features are.
1. Mileage
2. Noise
3. Handling

Atlanta area driving so I don't need snow tires. I am not overly concerned with handling as much as many as I have a motorcycle which is a lot more fun in the mountains than any car, well 'cept an Elise that is.

 

most people go with Michelin pilots; I would just read some reviews on tirerack.com or do a search; you will find oodles of info.

 

I do like the rim-protection ring built into the OEM tires. Saved one of my rims from a scuff. And with the exception of the loud-*** roar at highway speeds, they seem to perform great.

 

The top choices are going to be Nitto, Michelin and Pirelli....The Nitto and Michelin will be your quietest and all around best choices - Pirelli P-Zero Rosso Asymetrico's are awesome if you have mod related traction problem.
