new rears with old front tires... my VDC doesnt like it WHATS UP!?

Alright i replaced my rears a about a week back and left my front pilots on because they look like they have a lot of tread... now im experiencing some problems with my VDC around turns. It kicks in around winding roads at pretty low speeds for a few seconds here and there... its just kinda scary going around a turn at 45-50mph and you start to feel it where ive taken these same turns at 80 mph before without problems. I guess whats happening is that my rears are locked onto the road and my fronts will start pushing or something.. im tempted to turn off vdc and try it, but i dont want to wreck my car because im trying to see if im really losing traction or my vdc is just acting up. I have es100's on the rear and they are new and HARD to break loose even when i give gas in 2nd gear around 90 degree turns... but around less sharp turns, my vdc kicks in sometimes. I'm really thinking i should just be safe and buy new fronts soon (better to spend the money than to wreck my car) Whats up with this any ideas anyone? The fronts dont look too worn at all and i just dont know whats going on... my car was fine with the BALD rears with these fronts, but now with the new rears its acting up. Any explanation or speculation would be great

I believe new tires come with some sort of shipping or preserve kind of agent.
you need to drive the car around at least 500-1k mile for it to loose the agent.
It's normal

Replace the fronts!

I had the same issue when I replaced the rears with new Pilot Sports. The fronts looked not to bad and I went with the rears, I had the exact same issues as you do now. I kept it that way for about 1k miles thinking they would break in... It never happened.

Once I replaced the fronts everything was fine and I could take corners again like a pro. It sucked having the VDC kick in around lazy corners, not to mention it felt dangerous.

I have 15K on my pilot sports.......just replaced the rears (pilot sports) cause there is 3/4 tread left on the fronts..........no problems cornering at high speeds......i waited 500 miles to break in the tires before hitting corners hard......and i run with VDC off all the time except in wet conditions.
