Wheel Upgrade g35x

Hi. I have a question. I don't know anything much at all about cars. :-/
My car needs new tires, but i want to upgrade the rims, so i'd figure i buy both at the same time.

I have a 2007 g35x with factory everything. Rims are the 17 inch ones that came with it.
I like these other rims i saw on ebay. The seller is selling them with tires and am wondering it they will fit my g35x.

Sellers description:
OEM INFINITI G37s Factory Stock 2010 WHEELS BY ENKEI.
TIRES ARE BRIDGESTONE BLIZZAK RFT 90 % TREAD 245/40/18 ALL AROUND..WHEELS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION WITH MINOR SCRATCHES, NO DENTS STILL LOOKS GREAT.. .HYPER SILVER FINISH 5 BOLT PATTERN 5x114.3, FRONT WHEELS ARE 18X7.5, REAR WHEELS ARE 18X8.5.... 3 rear an 2 front= 5 wheels an 4 tires

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have a chance to buy (4) Rays 19s, but they are all Rears (19x8.5 33mm). I ran M45 19s with spacers for years. Does the the 9mm less inner clearance matter at all?

I can stagger 245 and 255 or run all 245-40 like on the M wheels so no worries there.

Thanks!

If they're 18s, they're the sedan OEM wheels that are NOT forged but look like the 19" forged Rays from the coupe.

19 inch Rays

Hi there, a couple of days ago I hit a nasty pothole that bent both of my passenger side 20's. Expensive and stupid mistake. One that couldn't be avoided. So I went on Craigslist and found some Rays 19 inch. I was all exited to get em home I didnt realize that all 4 rims were rears 19x8.5 33mm. Do you know if i can still run these on a 04 coupe with bembros without causing damage to the front. Also what size tires you recommend for the front. Being that they are all rears around.Im not sure if i can use 225/40 in front. Any help would be appreciated.

Question about width of tire

So I have a 2004 g35x sedan and I have the 17" stock rims right now but was looking at 18x8 rims online that, fro mm the website, say they fit my Car. What I don't understand is that if I choose to add some tires in to make it a package it offers 245s?? My car currently has 215s and would that mean my rims only fit 245s? I'm so confused and don't think some 245 tires would fit my car, although I do know they fit the coupe, any help???

I'm confused by your post. When you say 245 wouldn't fit your car are you talking about the 17" stock rims or the 18" rims you're looking at? 245 is a measurement of width while the 17"/18" is a measurement of height so they have nothing to do with each other. The width of your wheels will determine if a 245 will fit on your stock wheels. I believe yours are 7" wide so 245's will fit but will bulge the sidewalls a bit.

2004 G35 DE coupe
I have an 04 coupe lowered on Hotchkiss springs. Just got the car so dont know the actual lowered amount. I'm guessing the guy pulled his wheels and sold it with sedan 17x7 wheels that are on it now. I found some 07+ sedan wheels 18x8.5 +50 offset and 18x7.5 +45 offset. The coupes usually come with 18x8 +30 offset. Will these work and look right or inset too much?
