05 Z suspension install and now an ODD noise.

05 Z suspension install and now an ODD noise.
I switched to a the Z suspension and a short while afterwards I keep hearing a "loose, thunking" noise from the front right susp area. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
Bolts tightened enough?
Part installed incorrectly?
Strut gone bad?
